Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At MIAS VoltMoto, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process for returns, refunds, and exchanges while ensuring a great customer experience.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup
Item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
Proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue
We will offer one of the following at no cost:
Replacement
Exchange
Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase for:
Defective items
Incorrect items received
Customer preference (subject to approval)
Note: Customer is responsible for any price difference between items.
💵 Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or ridden electric bikes
Custom-built or modified units
Electrical components once installed
Final sale or clearance items
📦 Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
MIAS VoltMoto is not responsible for lost return shipments
⚡ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
After 24 hours, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
📢 Important Notes
All electric dirt bikes and vehicles are intended for off-road use only
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges all terms of this policy
MIAS VoltMoto reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions
